Two Worlds, One Feeling”, showcases music that transcends language and culture! Every week, I’ll explore a different emotion/sentiment, selecting songs in Spanish and English that evoke those emotions within the listeners. I usually find myself listening to songs in Spanish and thinking about how similar they feel in English. So I’d like to show how interconnected we all are through emotions as well as our human experiences, and that language is just a barrier that stops us from understanding one another.

Hello, I’m Elizabeth!!! I am a transfer student Majoring in Computer Science here at DePaul. In my free time, I enjoy reading books, watching movies (I keep my local movie theaters in business), crocheting, and playing guitar. Sundays are my favorite day of the week because I get to spend time with my sisters, and we always get coffee, go shopping, or go to Barnes and Noble 🙂 I have always loved music, and I've grown to love it by listening to many different genres in Spanish and English, and I've found a new way to love it through performing.
