Are you a fan of stories from around DePaul and the Chicagoland area? Are you searching for some great audio journalism? Check out the Radio DePaul Podcast! It features original stories composed in our award-winning Radio DePaul style. With great journalists and producers, it’s no surprise the Huffington Post included us in their list of the Top 100 Up and Coming Podcasts.
We launched The Radio DePaul Podcast in April, 2015. The idea was to have a weekly, 30-minute podcast that featured clips from different Radio DePaul shows along with feature segments, interviews, and stories that were unique to the podcast. However, quickly after beginning, we realized that people generally preferred to create new material specifically for the podcast, rather than submitting clips from their shows. And so, the stories featured on the show tend to be grounded in the DePaul or local Chicago community, with some exceptions, of course.
