Grief was never something I had direct experience with until a couple of months ago, after my dad’s death. Grieving the loss of a parent is confusing and often overwhelming, and grieving the loss of a parent I hadn’t seen in over eight years was even more complicated. In this episode, I take the time to reflect on my experience with grief, loss, and what we can learn from some of our most difficult moments.
This episode of the Radio DePaul Podcast is dedicated to my dad, Sheldon Fink. He always supported me in everything I did, and radio was one of the things that he was always so excited to hear about.
Thank you for taking the time to listen to my reflections and for the space to be vulnerable and open.
We look forward to what the podcast has in store for the coming school year. Be sure to keep an eye out for new episodes and updates over the summer!
