General Manager 2019-2020

Damita is an Indian international student studying Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Digital Cinema. She was born & brought up in Dubai, UAE. She enjoys indie folk, music from the 80s and guitar flamenco. Damita joined RDP as a newscaster during her freshman year. As a sophomore, she was News Director. In her junior year, she was Production Director. During her senior year, she was the General Manager leading the station during the COVID-19 pandemic when everything moved to remote broadcasting.
