About
Have you ever seen an ad or a trailer for a movie, really wanted to watch it, but never got around to it? Don’t fret! Let Ella and Maggie tell you about it! On False Films, we’re in the same predicament—but we’ve decided that it’s better to come up with the movies on our own. Join us for an hour to hypothesize and create narratives for cult classics, horror flicks, romcom royalty, and just about any film we haven’t seen, no matter how absurd or inaccurate we may be. We’re given the title and three plot points… the rest is up to us.

Ella Lukas-Doctor
Ella Lukas-Doctor: Ella, better known as Doc, is a freshman majoring in Psychology on the pre-med track (isn’t it ironic?). She enjoys thrifting, playing guitar, throwing pottery, sewing, and getting into trouble with friends. She’s jazzed to discuss film in a non-sensical, silly, perhaps even whimsical setting.
Maggie Bebar
Maggie Bebar: Maggie is a freshman from the western suburbs of Chicago. Being an English major, Maggie loves to read and write in her free time, along with going to local shows pretty much every weekend. As an avid music lover, Maggie also writes songs and all forms of poetry. Along with a love for movies and making up stories, Maggie is excited to be a part of False Films!
